HQ Shuttles prioritizes health and wellness of riders and therefore operates under strict safety measures. Here are a few of them:
- Full cleaning & disinfection of the vehicles each day, with EPA-grade disinfectants, spot cleaning of seats, common areas, and touch points
- Drivers will wear face coverings throughout your entire ride
- All riders must wear a face covering for the entire duration of the ride, over both their nose and mouth
- Before riders book, they are asked to make sure that they are not experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19. If they do, they are asked to stay home and keep others safe.
